RSS in plain English

I thought it might be useful to post this video so that people might be able to begin to use the wonderful features of RSS.

By the way anyone can post on this blog, as long as they are a member, and likewise post video, photos etc to this site.

Finally, there seems to be a slight problem with the blog feed button. If you right click on it and then click on the 'copy shortcut' option, you can paste the rss feed into your reader. Any questions, comments, just join up.
